Complete seven unbroken rounds (35 reps total) of the following with the heaviest weight possible:
1 Snatch-Grip Deadlift
1 Hang Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
1 Back Squat
1 Behind-the-Neck Jerk
You have five attempts tops to establish max load. Rest as needed between rounds (three to five minutes is typical). The barbell must tap and go from the floor and may only rest in the hang position or on the shoulders. The heaviest load you’re able to use for seven unbroken rounds is your score.
On your first attempt, start at 40 percent of your snatch 1RM and add 5 percent each round through the five attempts.
