EMOM x 8
2 Power Snatch + max strict HSPU

Metcon:
In Teams of 2, for time:
400m Sandbag carry -- every 100m do 10 Sandbag cleans (after 100m, 200m, 300m and in front of the box)
Then 
4 Rounds of 
12 DB Deadlifts 
9 DB Squats
6 DB Push Jerks
(2x17,5/2x10kg or heavier!)
