- T-Stretch with barbell on Black Roll - 2min
- Banded OH Stretch - 1min/side

Gymnastics:
- 3x1 min Handstand hold at wall
- 4 min Handstand walk practice

Every 6 min x 3 rounds:
15 (C2B) Pullups
10 DB/KB Squat Clean 15/10kg
5 Box Jumps (30“/24“)
100m Farmer Walk with DB/KB
