20 Synchro hand release Pushups (touch hands on top)
30 Partner Wallballs

AMRAP 8 min, You go I go style:
10 OH Step Back Lunges 30/20kg
10 Burpees over bar

AMRAP 6 min
30 Synchro Air Squats
10 Clusters 30/20kg (Partner A)
10 Clusters 30/20kg (Partner B)
(Cluster = 1 Squat Clean Thruster)

AMRAP 4 min
Double unders 
Switch as needed

NO rest between AMRAPs!
