- Bench Press @55% + 25% Chains - 5x5
-Bench Press Straight Weight Top Set, 8 reps, Close grip, +2,5kg
- Tate Press - 3x12

Core/Abs:
EMOM x 4
10 V-Ups
10 Tuck-Ups
10 Hollow Rocks

Metcon:
"Dan the Man"
For time:
50 Double unders
40 Pushups
30 Overhead Squats 30kg
20 Front rack lunges 30kg
10 Snatch & Burpees 30kg
