Max Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Back Squat against Bands - 3 RM
- Front Squat Top Set, 8 reps, start with 50% 1RM, +5/3kg each week
- One Leg KB Deadlift - 3x10/Leg

Metcon:
In Teams of 2, for time:
"Kalsu"
Every minute on the minute both athletes perform 5 burpees, with the remaining time complete max thrusters. Only one bar per team.
Time stops when teams have completed 100 thrusters.
Rx: 60/40kg
Scaled 1: 43/30kg
Scaled 2: 30/20kg
