  • Snatch balance 7x1 build up
  • High Hang Squat Snatch 5x1  
  • First Pull 3x2 
  • Snatch High Pull 3x1
then 3 attempts to find a heavy Squat Snatch

E2MOM for 10 min:
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press
5 Thrusters
Increase weights
