3 Snatch Grip Sotts Presses
3 Overhead Squats
with light weights

5 sets of:
1 Pausing Snatch Grip Deadlift (2s just below knee)
1 Low-Hang Squat Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
Set #1 - 40% of 1RM Snatch
Set #2 - 45%
Sets #3+4+5 - 50%

Gymnastics:
EMOM x5
6-10 straight leg Toes to Bar

Metcon:
AMRAP 15 min
200m run
10 Pushups
5 Strict Pullups
