Strength: 
- Floor Press @50% + 25% Chains - 9x3
(3 sets close grip, 3 sets middle grip, 3 sets wide)
- Bench Press Top Set

Accessory:
Underhand Bent Over Barbell Rows - 3x10

Core/Abs:
Banded Kneeling Crunches 3x20

WOD:
AMRAP 10 Min:
Run 200 Meters 
9 Deadlifts 50/35kg
6 Hang Cleans 50/35kg
3 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg

Finisher:
Single Arm Banded Reverse Flys - 3x30 per Arm
