"VALHALLA"
Team WOD, 2-man team, 5 rounds, rotate through following couplet: 
Row 50-40-30-20-10 cals
Anyhow KB hold (2x24/kg2x16kg)

Player 1 rows 50 cals, player 2 holds KBs, switch until each player has rowed the requisite number of rounds/cals. Each time KBs hit the floor before row is completed every team member does 10 burpees when switching rounds.

Core work:
2 Rounds 
5 Hollow Rocks
5 V-Ups
5 Tuck Ups
10 sec. Hollow Hold
– Rest 1 min –
