(Clean grip) deadlift (touch and go)
3x 10 reps start @ 50 of 1RM and increase weight untill you max out!

20min alternating EMOM
1) 10 deadlifts @ 70% of heaviest set of 10
2) 10 strict pullups
3) 10 burpee boxjumps
4) 100m sprint
