Max Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Back Squat with 30% Chains - 1RM
- Front Squat Top Set, 8 reps, start with 50% 1RM, +5/3kg each week
- Kang Squats - 3x5

Core/Abs:
3 min Plank Hold

Metcon:
AMRAP 12 min
30 Double Unders (do not increase each round)
3,6,9,12,15 etc of Power Cleans @ 50kg/35kg
