Front Squat @50% + 25 Hanging Chains - 6x6 

​Squat Top Set, FS +5/3kg, 8x

Speed Pulls: Sumo Deadlift @45-50% + 20% Chains - 5x5

Core/Abs:
Weighted Plank - 3x1 Minute

WOD:
For max reps:
1 Min KB Swings
1 Min Double Unders
2 Min KB Swings 
2 Mins of Double Unders
