Max Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Deadlift from 15kg plates - 1 RM 
- Front Squat Top Set, 8 reps, start with 50% 1RM, +5/3kg each week
- Sweatt Shrugs with barbell + singled micro mini or mini - 3x12

Core/Abs:
3 Rounds of
15 V-Ups
15 Hollow rocks

50 Burpees over bar
40 Hang Power Cleans 50/35kg
30 Burpees over bar
20 Hang Power Cleans 50/35kg
