Every 45 sec do:
2 Position (ground/hang) Power Clean - 12x1 at 75%

Farmer walk:
3x 100m with pinched plates, rest 1 min


4 Rounds for reps:
1 min Sledgehammer strikes 
1 min L-Sit holds on parallettes (1 sec=1rep)
1 min One Arm Dumbbell Press 30/20kg
1 min Sandbag Shuttle Walk 10m 
1 min Plank
