5 Sets of 3 Reps

Weight progressions:
1) PVC Pipe
2) PVC Pipe with a weight in the center (1.25kg or 2.5 kg)
3) Empty barbell
4) Barbell + Light loading

SNATCH SKILL #2 - SNATCH BALANCE
5 Sets of 3 Reps

SNATCH SKILL #3 - MUSCLE SNATCH
5 Sets of 3 @ 50% of 1RM Snatch
