Strength:
Floor Press with Straight Bar @75% - 9x3 (3 Sets Close Grip, 3 Sets Middle Grip, 3 Sets Wide Grip)

Weightlifting:
One Arm DB/KB Split Jerk - 6x2 (left + right foot leading!)

Gymnastics:
5 rounds for quality:
8-12 Parallette Push ups
3-6 BMU
2-5 Parallette/ Deficit HSPU
Use a weight vest

Core:
(10-9-) 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hollow Rock
Tuck Crunches
