PLANÄNDERUNG!!!

Da bereits heute das erste Workout der CrossFit Team Series 2017 veröffentlicht wurde, werden wir dieses heute bereits durchführen. Be prepared for the unknown and unknowable!

CrossFit Team Series 2017, Workout 1:
9-15-21 reps for time of:
Synchronized thrusters
Synchronized bar-facing burpees
Men use 95-lb. barbell
Women use 65-lb. barbell

Time cap: None

Super Slow Deadlift:
5x1 rep @ 30%/40%/50%/55%/60%
Do the slowest Deadlift ever. Position is key!

„Drop Dead“
4 Rounds of “Tabata” at each station.
Station 1 – Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Station 2 – Deadlifts 70/45kg
Station 3 – Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Station 4 – Deadlifts 70/45kg
