Max Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Reverse Band Bench Press + 1-2 Chains Per Side - 1RM
(Under 90kg Max: Mini Bands + 1 Chain.
90-140kg Max: Monster Mini Bands + 2 Chains.
140kg+  Max: Light Bands + 2 Chains.)
- Neutral Grip DB Floor Press - 8RM

Accessory:
Barbell JM Presses - 3x10

Core/Abs:
Ab Rollouts (Barbell, Knees or straight Legs) - 3x12

WOD:
For time:
400m run
30 Wallballs
20 Pullups
10 Burpees (Touch bar overhead!)
20 Pullups
30 Wallballs
400m run
