150 Wall Ball Shots alternating 20lb to 9ft
 
“Nate”, you go, I go (Full round/athlete)
Complete as many rounds in remaining time as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups (60cm:90cm)
8 Kettlebell Snatch 32/24kg
