Do a total of 10 Box Jumps with as much additional weight as possible. Use dumbbells and/or a weight vest.


Weighted Strict Ring Dips

Deadlifts
Box jumps
Men: 140kg, 30-in. box
Women: 95kg, 24-in. box

Intermediate Option
15-12-9 for time:
Deadlifts
Box jumps
Men:120kg, 30-in. box
Women: 85kg, 24-in. box

Beginner Option
21-15-9 for time:
Deadlifts
Box jumps
Men: 70kg, 20-in. box
Women: 45kg, 16-in. box
