This is the CrossFit Games Open 2017: Getting people out of their comfort zone, pushing their boundaries, testing their fitness and creating/establishing measurable baselines of fitness so they can track their individual growth, having friends and colleagues from boxes cheer each other on as you accomplish something new, all while inspiring others. The Open is this! Can't wait to see it and be a part of our members journeys...
Skill: 5 min Handstand work 
0-2 min Handstand hold free or at wall
2-4 min Handstand walk around plate // lateral walk at wall
4-5 min max reps Handstand Pushups

AMRAP in 8 min:
3 Ring Dips
3 Cleans 80/50kg
6 Ring Dips
3 Cleans 80/50kg
9 Ring Dips
3 Cleans 80/50kg
12 Ring Dips
6 Cleans 80/50kg
15 Ring Dips
6 Cleans 80/50kg
18 Ring Dips
6 Cleans 80/50kg
21 Ring Dips
9 Cleans 80/50kg

Etc., adding 3 reps to the Ring Dips each round, and 3 reps to the Clean every 3 rounds.

Core work:
2 Rounds
10 Hollow Rocks
10 V-Ups
10 Tuck Ups
10 sec. Hollow Hold
– Rest 1 min –
