Strength: 
- Box squat with 25% chain on 20“ Box - 1RM
- Speed pulls into a jump, 40% bar weight 30% band tension - 8x1
Accessory:
- Sumo Dimmals @ 55-60% - 3x12

WOD:
EMOM x 15 min
Min 1: 2 Rope Climbs 
Min 2: 17/12 cal Assault Bike or 12/9 cal Ski Erg 
Min 3: 6 Thrusters 55/40kg
