- Squat Top Set 

Accessory:
- Speed Pulls: Sumo Deadlift @65-70% - 5x5

Core/Abs:
Hollow Rocks - 3x20

WOD:
4 Rounds for max reps
1 Min Squat Cleans 60/40kg
1 Min DB Burpee Box Step Ups 20"
1 Min Rest
