Dynamic Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Front Squat @50% + 25% Hanging Chains - 4x6
- Sumo Dimmels  @30% - 3x20

WOD:
5 Rounds for time:
6 Strict Pullups
1 Bear Complex* 50/35kg (+1 rep each round)
*1 rep of the bear complex is:
​1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 shoulder to overhead, 1 back squat, 1 shoulder to overhead
