Clean Technique
7 Sets of 2 Complexes:
Pausing Clean Deadlift (5cm from ground, low hang, high hang) + Power Clean (from ground)
Start @40% 1RM C&J and increase weight every set.

For time:
In teams of 4
20’000kg Back Squat 
Weights have to be taken from the ground, 2 barbells/team, only one person working at a time.

Every time all 4 athletes have squated, the whole team does in their
1. break: 160 pushups 
2. break: 120 box jumps
3. break: 80 burpees
4. break: 40 pullups
