Dynamic Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
Floor Press @50% + 25% Band - 9x3
(3 sets close grip, 3 sets middle grip, 3 sets wide)

Top Set:
- Floor Press, medium grip, 8 reps, + 2,5/1,5kg from last week

Accessory:
- Seated DB Press - 3x8
- Work up to a 5 RM pullup with max band tension

WOD:
AMRAP 8 min
15 Box Jumps
20 Alt. DB Snatches 22,5/15kg
