In 15 min build to a heavy SQUAT SNATCH of the day:
3 Reps @ 35% of estimated 1RM
3 Reps @ 45% of estimated 1RM
2 Reps @ 55% of estimated 1RM
2 Reps @ 60% of estimated 1RM
1 Rep @ 67% of estimated 1RM
1 Rep @ 74% of estimated 1RM
1 Rep @ 80% of estimated 1RM
Take up to an additional 3-5 repetitions to find our heavy single for the day.

In 15 min build to a heavy CLEAN & JERK of the day:
3 Reps @ 50%
2 Reps @ 60%
1 Rep @ 65%
1 Rep @ 70%
1 Rep @ 75%
1 Rep @ 80%
Take up to an additional 3-5 repetitions to find our heavy single for the day

AMRAP 6 min:
7 Burpees over bar
5 Thrusters @ 50% of todays C&J
