Max Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
5 Minute EMOM:
3 Push Press @30-35% + Singled Micro Mini or Mini Bands
Rest 2 Minutes, then:
10 Minutes to Find 1RM Push Press (NO BANDS)

Accessory:
Barbell JM Presses - 3x10
Incline DB Tate Presses - 3x12

WOD:
For time:
50 Wallballs 20/14 lbs
40 Medball Sit Ups
2 min Rest, then
5 Min AMRAP
15 Hollow Rocks 
40 Double Unders
