Skill: Hanging hip touch (Video below)

Strength: Every 3 min: Push press 3x max effort @ 50% of 1 RM

Metcon:
In teams of two, complete the following:
400m run with 2 medballs
100 kettlebell swings
50 push-ups
30 bar-hanging hip touches (alternating arms)
200 situps
30 bar-hanging hip touches (alternating arms)
50 push-ups
100 kettlebell swings
400m run with 2 medballs
Everyone runs, split reps as you wish. One works at a time!
