Strength: 
- Box Squat with Straight Bar @50% + 25% Band Tension - 12x2
- Squat Top Set

Accessory:
- Banded Thrusters - 8RM
*Single piece of micro mini or mini band over the bar.

Core/Abs:
- Chinese Plank, max Weight - 3x1 Minute

WOD:
For Time 
500m Row
40 Pushups
30 Situps
20 Deadlifts 100/70kg
10 DB Squat Cleans 22.5/15kg
