Dynamic Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Bench Press @60% + 25% Chains - 5x5

Top Set:
- Floor Press, medium grip, 8 reps, + 2,5/1,5kg from last week

- Strict Ring Pull Ups (Chest to Rings) - 3x Max Reps
*Advanced: Add band from bottom if able to do 8 or more reps without

Core/Abs:
- Dragon Flags - 3x5

WOD:
AMRAP 9min
5-10-15-etc (+5)
Burpees
Box jump overs
