3-man WOD, rotate players as needed, ONE player working at a time

AMRAP 25 min
30 Pushups
6 Rope climbs
30 Air Squats
15 Handstand pushups
30 Wallballs 20/14lbs

Double the reps after each round: 60-12-60-30-60, then 120-25-120-60-120, etc.
