3 sets of:
- 1 min hang from bar or on towel
- 1 min rest

EMOM for 17 minutes
Teams of 2
5x Burpees (each player)
Max rep heavy thrusters (60/40kg) for remainder of minute

Players can alternate during thrusters as needed.
