Every 2 min:
0:00: 10 Lunges + 5 Back Squats @ 50% 1RM BS
2:00: 8 Lunges + 4 Back Squats @ 55% 1RM BS
4:00: 6 Lunges + 6 Back Squats @ 60% 1RM BS
6:00: 8 Lunges + 4 Back Squats @ 55% 1RM BS
8:00: 10 Lunges + 5 Back Squats @ 50% 1RM BS

EMOM for 16 min (= 2 Rounds)
- 8 Bicepscurls with Barbells
- 16 Alt. Bicepscurls with DB
- 4 Ring Muscleups
- 8 tricepscurls on bench
- 8 Dips
- 10 Box dips
- 10-20 Diamant Pushups
- 10-20 Pushups
