Strength:
- 3 position (hip, knee, floor) power snatch x 3
- 2 front squat 80% EMOM for 5 min.


In 15 min. find an unbroken max of the complex:
-4 deadlift
-3 hang power clean
-2 front squat
-1 shoulder to overhead anyway
