Max Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Bench Press with Straight Bar Against 25% Hanging Chains - 1RM
- Strict Press - 6x6
**Start at 50% (of 1RM). Increase by 2.5% (of 1RM) each week.

Accessory:
- Barbell Skull Crushers, Laying on Floor, Pause weight on the floor behind your head,
roll back then forward and extend - 3x10


Core/Abs:
- Ab Rollouts (Barbell, Knees or straight Legs) - 3x10​

WOD:
