Strength: 
Bench Press with Straight Bar @30-35% + Doubled Micro Mini (under 225 lb. max) or Mini Bands - 15x3  (5 sets wide, 5 sets middle, 5 sets close)
Bench Press Top Set

Accessory:
Barbell T-Row with rope - 3x10

Core/Abs:
Strict Toes to Bar - 30 Reps Total

WOD:
EMOM 10 Min
5 Box Jumps 30“/24“ 
4 HSPU

Finisher:
Lying (face up) Banded Reverse Flys - 100 reps
