Odd Minutes – 5 Deadlifts + 5 Hang Power Cleans + 5 Push Jerks (start with 50% 1RM C&J, add 5% every round)
Barbell complex must be completed unbroken.
Modify the rowing calories so that we are confident we can complete each round by the 50 second mark.
