Max rounds
E2MOM, add 5kg per round until failure
2x Bench press (starting weight 70/35kg)

"JACK THE RIPPER"
Alternating EMOM x 10 (5 Rounds):
Even Minutes – 16/13 Calorie Row
Odd Minutes – 5 Deadlifts + 5 Hang Power Cleans + 5 Push Jerks (start with 50% 1RM C&J, add 5% every round)
Barbell complex must be completed unbroken.
Modify the rowing calories so that we are confident we can complete each round by the 50 second mark.
