EMOM x 8  (4 rounds) – 
-Odd min: 10 Barbell bent over rows (AHAP)
-Even min: 10-20 T2B

- Clean deadlift: Work up to a 10 RM.
​Then 10 reps @ 95% 10RM, 10 reps @ 90% 10RM.


Metcon:
Complete the following for time:
-100 Thrusters 40/30kg
Any time you break immediately perform 5 Burpees over bar
TC 10 min
