Max Effort Lower Body Day

Strength:
- Box Squat against 25% hanging chains - 1RM
- Speed Pulls: Conventional 1" Deficit Deadlift @60% - 5x5

Accessory:
Stationary Lateral Lunges - 3x12 Per Leg

Core/Abs:
Barbell Rollouts - 4x10

WOD:
For time:
400m run
100 Double unders
50 KB Clean and Jerks 24/16kg (switch hands every 5 reps)
25 Bastards (Burpee with Tuck Jump)
TC 8 min
