Spend 10 Minutes practicing Handstand Walking

If we do not yet have handstand walking, let’s build familiarity from the inverted position.
Progression 1 – Sets of Box Static Holds (15-20 sec)
Progression 2 – Box Shoulder Taps  (2-3 set 6-10 taps)
Progression 3 – Sets of Handstand Holds (15-20 sec)
Progression 4 – Sets of Handstand Weight Shifting (2-3 set 6-10 shifts)

Alternating EMOM x 10 (5 Rounds):
Odd Minutes – 15/12 cal row or 15/10 cal Assault Bike
Even Minutes – 10 Barbell Facing Burpees

3 Rounds:
80 Double-Unders
40 Air Squats
20 Kipping Handstand Pushups
