1 power clean + 3 front squat + 1 split jerk x 3

Metcon:
WOD adapted from 2011 CFG Open
AMRAP in 10 min:
-60 bar facing burpees
-30 overhead squat mit 50% des 3 max rep
-10 bar muscle-ups
