Strength:
- Sumo or Conventional Deadlift (whichever is weaker) with Bands - 1RM
- Front Squat Top Set, 8 reps, start with 50% 1RM, +5/3kg each week
- Good Mornings - 3x5
- 3x1 min Banded Glute March with Bear Hug Sandbag Hold
