Max Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
5 Minute EMOM:
3 Bench Press @30% + Doubled Micro Mini or Mini Bands
Rest 2 Minutes, then:
7 min to find 3RM Bench Press

Accessory:
KB or DB Skull Crushers - 3x10

Core/Abs:
Single Leg Crossover Sit Ups - 3x15 Per Leg

WOD:
„Grace“, for time:
30 Clean and Jerk 61/43 kg
Scaling:
50/35kg
35/20kg Beginner (Intro)
Time cap 8 min
