10 min progression: Kipping for Pull up & Muscle up 

AMRAP 5 min:
5 Pullups
10 Hand release pushups
15 Air squats

rest 2 min

AMRAP 5 min:
4 Muscle ups (rings or bar) / C2B Pullups
8 Alt. Pistols
12 Jackknives

rest 2 min

AMRAP 5 min:
3 Hang power clean 
6 Thrusters
9 Shoulder to overhead anyway
Use the same weight for all 3 exercises!
