Odd Minutes: 6 Strict HSPU
Even Minutes: 15 sec Planche push up hold *Start in push up lean shoulders forward as far as possible and hold

B: 3 Rounds: 9-7-5 UB Ring Dip, Push Press 43/30kg Rest 2:00.
