Ascending ladder AMRAP in 10 min. of:
3 thruster 42,5/30kg
1 pullups
6 thruster 42,5/30kg
2 pullups
9 thruster 42,5/30kg
3 pullups
12 thruster 42,5/30kg
4 pullups
continue adding 3 thrusters and 1 pullup as long as time permits
