Max Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Bench Press - 1 RM
- DB Rollback Extensions - 3x12
- Ring Rows, feet elevated, max weight - 3x6

Core/Abs:
3x 6-10 strict T2B, then 30 sec hollow hold

WOD:
EMOM x 12
  1. min: 24 alt. DB Snatches 22,5/15kg
  2. min: 18 Wallballs 20/14 lbs
