Max Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Arch Back Good Mornings with SSB + 25% (of 1RM Deadlift) Hanging Chains - 3RM
- Conventional Stiff Legged Deadlifts @60-65%+ of 1RM Deadlift - 3x8
- Speed pulls up onto toes, 40% bar weight, 30% band tension - 8x1
- Partner Glute Ham Raises - 3x Max Reps

WOD:
For time:
50 wallballs 20/14 lb
15 ground to overhead anyway 60/40kg
30 wallballs 20/14 lb
